Export financial analysis drill-down details
On the FA Budget Amount Details, FA Commitment Details, FA Encumbrance Details, and FA Net Change Details drill-down dialog boxes, you can export the data to Excel.
To export financial analysis drill-down details
Select Finance and Purchasing > Financial Analysis.
The Financial Analysis page opens.
In Data Set, specify the data set for which you want to perform a financial analysis.
The one or more data sets to which you have access is based on the data set setup in Sparkrock Impact or Sparkrock Finance.
Select View Data.
To view the underlying records that comprise an amount, select the amount.
A drill-down dialog box opens.
Select Export.
A confirmation dialog box appears that displays the following text:
Do you want to download the file?
Select Yes.
The file is downloaded to your browser downloads location. The file name reflects the drill-down type, for example, Financial_Analysis_Commitments.xlsx.
