Defects corrected
Unauthorized users can view absence requests
Unauthorized users can view absence requests.
Resolution
Now, only authorized users can view absence requests through the link that employees use to view their absence requests.
Employee miscellaneous articles are not displayed under assigned items
Employee miscellaneous articles that have Available on mySparkrock selected in Sparkrock 365 are not displayed on the mySparkrock Profile page, under Assigned Items.
Resolution
Employee miscellaneous articles that have Available on mySparkrock selected now appear under Assigned Items on the mySparkrock Profile page.
Team Calendar only displays absence requests with the Status of Pending Approval
On the Attendance Approvals page, on the Team Calendar tab, only absence requests with the Status of Pending Approval are displayed.
Resolution
A manager, as defined by the report to position setup in Sparkrock 365, can now see all the absence requests for the people who report to them, including requests with the statuses of Open, Pending Approval, Need Review, and Approved.

Note: The level of subordinates for which a manager can view absence requests depends on the setup of the Advanced HR Setup page in Sparkrock 365.
