These release notes include supplemental information about update 20.2 for mySparkrock 2022 release wave 1.
Defects corrected
Attachments that cannot be previewed display an uninformative icon
When an expense claim has an attachment where the file type is not supported for preview, an uninformative icon appears.
Resolution
Instead of displaying an icon, the following message now appears when the file type is not supported for preview:
Preview is not available.
Double pay stubs
On the Pay Statements page, double pay stubs appear for some employees.
Resolution
On the Pay Statements page, double pay stubs no longer appear.
Users can delete or add an attachment on an approved claim
After a claim is approved, users can delete or add an attachment.
Resolution
Users are now prevented from deleting or adding an attachment after a claim is approved. Users can only add or delete an attachment when a claim has a status of open.
Employee's name appears twice on a shift
After a shift is assigned to an employee in Sparkrock 365, on the Unit Schedule page in mySparkrock, the employee's name appears twice on the shift.
Resolution
An employee's name only appears once now on a shift.
