Tax Forms

On the Tax Forms page, you can download, and print your tax forms. The file format of the tax forms is PDF.

To download a tax form

1. Go to My Self Service > Tax Forms.

   The Tax Forms page opens and displays a list of tax forms.

2. On the line of the tax form that you want to view, choose Download.

   A dialog box appears that displays the following text:

   Do you want to download the tax form?

3. To download the tax form, choose Yes.

   The PDF of the tax form is downloaded to your browser's Downloads folder.

4. To view the tax form, go to the Downloads folder, and open the file.

To print a tax form

1. Go to My Self Service > Tax Forms.

   The Tax Forms page opens and displays a list of tax forms.

2. On the line of the tax form that you want to view, choose Print.
