Create a contact from a payment request
When you are adding a vendor to a payment request, you can create a contact directly from the Vendor List dialog box.
To create a contact from a payment request
Select Finance and Purchasing > Payment Requests.
The Payment Requests page opens.
Select the payment request for which you want to create a contact.
The Payment Request page opens.
On the Details tab, in the Vendor section, select Add Vendor.
The Vendor List dialog box opens.
Select New.
The Create New Contact dialog box opens.
Enter values for the applicable fields.
Select OK.
The contact is created.
