Employee Profile
On the Employee Profile page, a manager can view information about the employees who report to them.

Note: Some of the data on the Employee Profile page can be hidden from managers based on your organization’s specific setup in Sparkrock 365.
The information on this page is view only.
To view the employee profile page of an employee
Go to Manager Self Service > My Team.
The My Team page opens.
Select the link that appears for the name of the employee for which you want to view the employee's profile.
The Employee Profile page opens.
General section
The General section includes high-level information about the employee.
Assignments section
The Assignments section includes the details for the one or more positions that the employee holds in your organization. In this section, you can view the employee's current position assignment, previous position, FTE, next progression date, pay, and other details.
Admin and Benefits section
The Admin and Benefits section includes critical information about the employee's employment status, benefit enrollment, and eligibility.
This section can be hidden from managers based on your organization’s specific setup in Sparkrock 365. For more information, go to Hide employee benefits information from managers in mySparkrock.
Assigned Items section
The Assigned Items section includes information about any company owned items that have been assigned to the employee such as, key codes, pass cards, and other items.
Qualifications section
In the Qualifications section, you can view the employee's qualification information, such as courses taken, expiry dates, training dates, along with date and qualification requirements.
