Save a payment request as a template
mySparkrock provides the capability for you to save a payment request that has the Status of Open and at least one line as a public or private template, so that you can reuse the payment request's details later. A public template is available to anyone who has access to the payment request document type, and a private template is available only to the person who created the template.
After you save a payment request as a template, the payment request that you started from is not changed and stays in edit mode.
To save a payment request as a template
Select Finance and Purchasing > Payment Requests.
The Payment Requests page opens.
Select the payment request that you want to save as a template.
The Payment Request page opens.
Select Save As Template.
The Save As Template dialog box opens.
In Save As, select Public Template or Private Template.
Select Save.
