Save a purchase requisition as a template
mySparkrock provides the capability for you to save a purchase requisition that has a Status of Open and at least one line as a public or private template, so that you can reuse the purchase requisition's details later. A public template is available to anyone who has access to the purchase requisition document type, and a private template is available only to the person who created the template.
After you save a purchase requisition as a template, the purchase requisition that you started from is not changed and stays in edit mode.
To save a purchase requisition as a template
Select Finance and Purchasing > Purchase Requisitions.
The Purchase Requisitions page opens.
Select the purchase requisition that you want to save as a template.
The Purchase Requisition page opens.
Select Save As Template.
The Save As Template dialog box opens.
In Save As, select Public Template or Private Template.
Select Save.
