Scheduling
mySparkrock includes various scheduling functionality.
Scheduling default menu options
The following table provides a brief description of the default options that are available from the Scheduling menu.
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Unit Schedule | Main access point for supervisory functions. The unit schedule is available to all employees and has more controls and capabilities when the logged-in employee is designated as a unit supervisor for the selected unit. |
| Approve Shifts Worked | Location where unit supervisors can approve a shift absence. |
| My Schedule | Provides an overview of your assigned shifts as well as unassigned shifts which are available to you. |
| Confirm Shifts Worked | Location where at the end of a pay period or pay cycle a unit supervisor can confirm the hours and activities for the shifts that were worked. If required, corrections can be requested. |
