Tasks
On the Tasks page, you can see the tasks that have been assigned to you and the status for each task.
Filter by All Tasks or Incomplete Tasks
On the Tasks page, you can filter your view to display all tasks or only incomplete tasks. In the All Tasks view, mySparkrock displays incomplete and completed tasks. Alternatively, in the Incomplete Tasks view, mySparkrock displays only incomplete tasks.
To filter the list of tasks that mySparkrock displays
Go to My Self Service > Tasks.
The Tasks page opens and by default displays a list of incomplete tasks.
In the dropdown list at the top of the page, choose All Tasks or Incomplete Tasks.
To complete your assigned tasks
Go to My Self Service > Tasks.
The Tasks page opens and by default displays a list of incomplete tasks.
To view additional information on a specific task, in the More Info column for the respective task, select Info Link.
To view attachments for a specific task, perform the following steps:
In the Attachment column for the respective task, choose the Attachment button (
).
A dialog box opens.
Choose View.
A dialog box opens and mySparkrock displays the attachment.
If required, to complete additional task information, perform the following steps:
Choose the Edit button (
).
A dialog box opens.
Specify values for fields as required, and then choose Submit.
To indicate that a task is now complete, perform the following steps:
Choose Complete.
The Task Completion Confirmation dialog box appears.
If required, add one or more attachments.
To proceed with closing the task, choose Yes.
The Tasks page refreshes and the task that you indicated is now complete no longer appears as an incomplete task.
