Timesheet Admin Monthly
On the Timesheet Admin Monthly page, designated employees may manage timesheets and enter time for other users using a monthly view.
Note
To select time entry units on the Timesheet Admin Monthly page, time entry units must be set up in Sparkrock 365 with a Data Entry Model of User or Group.
The Timesheet Admin Monthly page follows the same general workflow as the Timesheets page, and provides additional selection controls, information, and options.
Filters
After an employee is selected, you can further filter the page to focus on a specific position and, if desired, a specific activity.
When a unique employee, position, and activity combination have been selected, the page may display a line of dimension information directly below the filters, provided that a schedule administrator has configured this setup.
Time entry line status
