View a purchase order
mySparkrock provides the capability for you to view purchase orders.
Mine or All
On the Purchase Orders and Receiving page, you can select Mine or All to change which purchase orders mySparkrock displays. All is selected by default.
When you select All, mySparkrock displays all purchase orders.
When you select Mine, mySparkrock displays the following purchase orders:
Purchase orders that you created.
Purchase orders that were created from purchase requisitions that you requested.
The Mine option helps you find the purchase orders for the items that you are responsible for receiving.
To view a purchase order
Select Finance and Purchasing > Purchase Orders and Receiving.
The Purchase Orders and Receiving page opens.
Select the purchase order that you want to view.
The Purchase Order page opens.
