My Self Service
mySparkrock includes employee self service functionality.
My Self Service default menu options
The following table provides a brief description of the default options that are available from the My Self Service menu.
Option | Description |
---|---|
Profile | Review and request changes to your personal information, address, and emergency contacts. Review your active assignments, benefit and beneficiary details, and any assigned items. |
Pay Statements | View a list of your pay statements by calendar year. Select any pay statement to view the statement. |
Attendance and Requests | Review your attendance time balances in summary and in detail for items, such as vacation or sick time accrued. View all attendance requests on a monthly calendar. If permitted, you can create an absence request that is then routed to your managers for review and approval. |
Expenses and Claims | Manage individual expense items, such as purchase card lines, or create an expense claim and add items directly. Review any claim as well as submit a claim for review and approval. |
Tasks | A list of your assigned tasks, along with due date, description, details, and any pertinent attachments for the task. You can add attachments and other information and mark tasks as completed. |
Qualifications | Review your qualification records. Review the expiration date and status and if training is provided, you can determine when the next training event is to be conducted. |
Timesheets | Enter your weekly timesheets, and then submit them for approval. You can also review your historical or submitted timesheets. Managers can enter timesheets for their direct reports when this functionality has been set up. |
Timesheet Admin | Designated employees may manage timesheets and enter time for other users. |
Tax Forms | Access your tax forms. The tax forms are in a PDF format. |
Training and Registration | Review registered, requested, and available training events, as well as view details about the training. Request or cancel registration for available sessions. You can also review your completed course history. |
Timesheet Admin Monthly | Designated employees may manage timesheets and enter time for other users using a monthly view. |
